The Maintenance Technician will partner with operations to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. This role involves performing scheduled maintenance tasks during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance. The technician will utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement effective repairs or part replacements. The goal is to minimize equipment-related production downtime through proactive and responsive maintenance. The technician will respond promptly to production line calls and perform emergency repairs during operational hours. Responsibilities also include interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, assisting with general facility maintenance, identifying and reporting faulty operations, and adhering to all company policies, safety regulations, GMPs, and standard operating procedures. The role requires the use of appropriate tools and equipment and maintaining a clean work environment. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
