Nice To Haves

Previous maintenance, welding, or millwright experience preferred-but we'll train candidates with applicable experience, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
Communicate with operations and support teams to achieve production goals.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety policies.
Use various tools and skills, including welding, fabricating, machining, and more.
Operate a maintenance information system to track PMs and work orders.
Work across multiple facility areas, including climbing ladders, using catwalks, and adapting to different climates.
