About The Position

Weinstein Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) to join our team for three months. This is a temporary opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay. Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

Benefits

• Stay Bonus: $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60 and 90 days for staying onboard through the assignment!
• On-call bonus of $150/week, calls or no calls! - $200/week in the summer months!
