About The Position
Peak Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Boulder Creek property, which has over 400 units. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to all customers and must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. This position requires an on-call rotation and reliable transportation.
