About The Position

The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care. They are responsible for completing and documenting guest and associate work orders, troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This role also involves maintaining, cleaning, and adjusting pool systems and chemicals, repairing furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances. Additionally, the technician will perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties, and operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Hotel maintenance experience preferred
HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
