About The Position
Join the Sun Realty team as a Maintenance Technician in the Nags Head area and southern beaches. This is a full-time, year-round position focused on maintaining investment properties for homeowners. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing repairs to ensure properties remain in top-notch condition.
Requirements
- 2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance
- Basic carpentry skills
- A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Basic knowledge of residential plumbing
- Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching, bending, climbing steps/ladders, and lifting 50-85+ pounds
- Reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language
- Operation of basic tools and equipment
- Smart phone or similar electronic device

- Drywall & finishing/texture experience
