About The Position

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance while minimizing downtime and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience in inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ability to maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Pompano Beach area.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Install, replace, and test equipment components as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with facility improvements and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to support operational needs.
