About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Evernest as a dedicated Maintenance Technician! As a valued member of our workforce, you'll be responsible for efficiently scheduling and executing service requests using our advanced work order management system. This pivotal role calls for independent thinkers who thrive as individual contributors. Success in this position demands a disciplined, proactive mindset to tackle challenges head-on. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour No On Call required!

Requirements

• Must be jack of all trades (light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry etc).
• You will be interacting with the residents living in the homes, so you must have excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (Required).

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose/troubleshoot, estimate and complete repairs per property needs.
• Organize and schedule work orders - Crucial to hit KPIs.
• Audit and close out all credit card transactions.
• Attend/participate in weekly meetings.
• Perform daily/weekly vehicle inspections.
