About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and support managers in keeping operations running smoothly so customers can be served promptly. The role is customer-facing and includes general customer service, assistance with issues, and efforts to create a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Technicians assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs. They use various tools and equipment for facility upkeep, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections. Equipment may include HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including cashier positions, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities, and employees must comply with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide general customer service, assist customers, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Repair and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Cross-train in other departments, potentially including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
