Position – Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Location – Eden, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Direct Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–6:30pm ; Fridays vary based on workload Starting Pay – $28–$30 per hour (DOE) Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – High School Diploma/GED Required Experience – At least 2 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience Job Summary As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support production operations across the facility. This position requires hands-on mechanical ability and the flexibility to work in hot and damp environments.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of industrial or building maintenance experience
Ability to work in hot, damp environments around steam-powered equipment
Basic electrical knowledge
Forklift operation experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair gearboxes, motors, conveyors, cookers, grinders, and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance such as bearing changes, greasing, and oil changes
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Operate a forklift and assist with equipment movement as needed
Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical tasks
