About The Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will support the Louisville, Kentucky manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will work onsite in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and partner closely with operations and maintenance teammates to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Support equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns as needed to meet production schedules.
• Follow food safety, quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements at all times.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to the Maintenance Team Leader and operations partners.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
