Requirements

Must have your own maintenance tools (required)
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
Completing apartment turns and make-ready work
Troubleshooting mechanical systems and maintenance issues
Handling carpentry, drywall, painting, and glass replacement as needed
Completing daily work orders efficiently and professionally
Participating in preventative maintenance programs
Following all company safety policies and procedures
Providing excellent customer service to residents and team members
Assisting with additional maintenance projects as assigned
