This is a 2nd Shift Position. The Maintenance Technician will conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on automated machinery, conveyor systems, robotics, and other equipment to ensure their reliable operation. They will perform preventative maintenance activities, including lubrication, calibration, and replacement of parts, to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. The role involves utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaboration with a team of engineers and technicians to optimize the performance of automated systems and implement process improvements is key. The technician will maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory records, and add PM tasks and parts into the CMMS system. Following all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is mandatory. The role also supports Facility Management (FM) business aspects to assure facilities equipment sustainably performs as designed and stays updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technology. The technician will coordinate to maintain a clean work environment and issues effective and efficient resolution through communication, analytical, projected, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work and troubleshoot (240VAC), (480VAC) and low voltage electrical systems.
