About The Position
Euro-Wall LLC is an industry leader in manufacturing premium folding door systems. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in an industrial manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience maintaining CNC machinery or automated manufacturing equipment
- Multi-craft maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Technical school training, apprenticeship, or industry certifications
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance on CNC machines, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to support production
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
- Performing general facility maintenance and carpentry projects as needed
- Working closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment uptime
- Completing work orders and documenting maintenance activities within the CMMS system
- Following all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with additional maintenance projects and overtime support when needed
