About The Position
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Glencoe Trace and Tranquility at Griffin apartment communities located in Griffin, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
- Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification
- Working experience with HVAC
