Maintenance Technician- Beach Properties of Hilton Head
About The Position
This role involves performing basic home repairs on a daily basis, including troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall repair, and appliance and electrical work. The Maintenance Technician will also assist Property Managers, owners, and guests, and is responsible for recording and submitting completed work orders to the lead technician, making proper notations on work orders, and performing additional duties as assigned by management. The position requires a valid driver's license and strong field experience in multiple repair areas.

- Ability to work most weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Perform basic home repairs on a daily basis (i.e. troubleshooting, basic plumbing, carpentry, locks, HVAC, pool, dry wall repair, appliances, electrical, etc)
- Assist Property Managers, owners and guests as needed
- Record and remit completed work orders to lead maintenance technician at the end of each work day
- Make proper notations on all work orders, particularly if additional follow up required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by General Manager and Property Managers
- Perform other tasks or requests consistent with fulfilling company objectives
