About The Position

Keep Critical Operations Running Select Sires, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our production operations team in Plain City, Ohio. This position plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving facilities, equipment, and infrastructure that support the production of industry-leading dairy and beef genetics. This position helps ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and operational issues.
Support production equipment reliability and performance.
Complete facility and grounds maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
Assist with facility improvement and capital projects.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and equipment performance.
Respond to maintenance requests and production support needs.
Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements.
