About The Position

A Trampoline Park Maintenance Technician ensures the safety, cleanliness, and functional operation of all park attractions and facility equipment. The primary focus of this role is conducting daily safety inspections on trampolines, foam pits, and specialized equipment to minimize guest injury risks. The Maintenance Technician performs preventative care, routine servicing, and emergency repairs across the entire entertainment facility. This individual monitors equipment wear, replaces damaged parts, and ensures compliance with local safety codes and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years in general facility maintenance, construction, or ride repair.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and ladders safely.
  • Familiarity with basic OSHA regulations and general safety protocols.
  • Ability to identify mechanical issues early and fix them before they affect guest safety.
  • Clear speech to explain maintenance issues to management and warn staff of out-of-order equipment.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to stand, kneel, bend, and crawl under tight equipment areas for long periods.
  • Comfort working at heights on ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct morning inspections of mats, padding, springs, netting, and support frames.
  • Replace torn jumping surfaces, damaged springs, worn foam blocks, and frayed safety nets.
  • Perform minor plumbing, drywall patching, painting, carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Maintain detailed logs of completed repairs, safety checklists, and spare parts inventory.
