As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the quality, appearance, and performance of a high-end property while working alongside a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Whether you're troubleshooting HVAC systems, completing apartment turns, or keeping the community looking its best, your work has a direct impact on resident satisfaction. Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
- Prepare apartments for new residents by completing quality apartment turns
- Perform preventative maintenance to help protect building systems and equipment
- Assist with maintaining pools, amenities, common areas, and curb appeal
- Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation
- Accurately document completed work orders and communicate with residents regarding repairs
- Identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues
- Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and an organized maintenance shop
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable OSHA standards
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to deliver an exceptional resident experience
