Requirements

2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role in manufacturing & distribution
Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
LOTO Experinece
Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn more advanced systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic Hydrolics experience
Able to use Multimeters
Basic understanding of computers and iPad software programs
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Employees are required to comply with COVID policies established by a vendor or customer.

Responsibilities

Assist in the repair and maintenance of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, under the guidance of more experienced team members.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery and cleaning equipment.
Use basic troubleshooting skills and diagnostic tools to identify and address simple mechanical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior mechanics.
Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in preparing reports to track equipment condition and repairs performed.
Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job training and formal training programs. Seek guidance from senior mechanics to enhance knowledge and performance.
