About The Position

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the facility and its equipment. The technician will handle preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests, and address emergency conditions. The position also involves maintaining departmental organization, supporting equipment installations, assisting with energy conservation, and supporting electrical and mechanical systems for renovations and exhibits.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
Ability to communicate, learn, and convey one's own comfort and skill level.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on an as needed basis, in order to promote teamwork.
This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to the facility and related equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Support the installation or relocation of any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
Support the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and of electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
