Requirements

Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
Experience using tools
Eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license
Personal, reliable, and insured vehicle
Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
Safely utilize power tools
Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Responsibilities

Turnovers/make-readies
Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
Commons work orders include unclogging drains, changing p-traps, replacing light fixtures, etc.
Preventative maintenance
Rotating on-call service for after-hours maintenance
Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
