About The Position

This role is for a Maintenance Technician at Sherman's, a company that has been in business since '76 and has grown to four locations selling home appliances, furniture, and mattresses. Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across stores, warehouse, and facilities.
Troubleshoot issues involving general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fixtures, equipment, and building systems appropriate to experience level.
Follow safe work practices while maintaining clean, organized work areas and identifying potential hazards.
Assist with remodels, renovations, equipment installations, and special projects.
Communicate with coworkers, ask questions, share knowledge, and assist teammates.
Continue developing new skills and growing knowledge.
