About The Position

We have an immediate opening for an Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; drywall repair; painting; general plumbing; and general electrical. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure.

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
• Shared on-call responsibility is required
• Weekend availability is also required
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have car insurance
• 2 years of previous apartment maintenance experience required
