About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in maintaining smooth operations and serving customers. This is a customer-facing role involving general customer service, cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments. Love’s provides training for candidates without prior experience. The role uses various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections. Technicians may also cross-train in other departments, including cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety and customer satisfaction are priorities, and employees must comply with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
