The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and repair tasks as directed by management to designated properties and facilities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for emergency and preventative maintenance of the facility and its grounds. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical and other physical structures including painting, drywall, plumbing and lawn care. This position is responsible for obtaining bids for maintenance and supervision of contractual maintenance projects. The technician is responsible for emergency and preventative maintenance of the facility and its grounds.
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of maintenance/trade experience
- valid driver’s license
