About The Position

At Palms Associates, we build, own, and manage our communities, providing consistent leadership and long-term stability. We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heat pumps. Strong HVAC experience is required.

Requirements

Strong hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling REQUIRED.
Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.).
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative.
Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment.
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heat pumps.
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Utilize MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device for work-related tasks.
Collaborate effectively within a skilled crew environment.
