Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
- Basic tools & reliable transportation
- Ability to handle on-call rotation
- Strong communication & customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform apartment repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.)
- Respond quickly to resident service requests & after-hours emergencies
- Maintain community grounds, buildings & amenities
- Ensure safety, compliance & quality standards
