Maintenance Technician 12 hour Nights (7pm-7:30am)

About The Position

This role involves setting up and installing new machines and support equipment, maintaining production equipment through preventative maintenance, and repairing and troubleshooting problems with all equipment. The technician will also provide essential information to the Maintenance Supervisor regarding equipment status and potential issues, and maintain accurate logs and records.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install new machines and support equipment
• Maintain production equipment through preventative maintenance
• Repair and trouble shoot problems to all equipment
• Provide Maintenance Supervisor with information as to problems, future problems, and any areas that he/she may not be aware of
• Maintain accurate logs, daily routine sheets, and equipment repair parts sign-out of central supply
• Assist AMO and Molding Set-Up
• Follow all work instructions and procedures as outlined in the Site Standard Operating Procedures Manual
• Assist production personnel with breakdown and maintenance related issues of production equipment
