About The Position

Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned company with multiple manufacturing facilities in the eastern and central US. We design and build over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment you can buy, and it’s all done right here in the USA! This is a 2nd shift position where you will be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment, as well as other facility structures/systems, in a heavy metal fabrication environment. Training will be provided to help you grow your skills.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Some maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Electrical knowledge and background
• Strong work ethic and ability to work safely in an industrial environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Help troubleshoot and repair machinery and facility systems
• Work with experienced technicians to learn best practices and procedures
• Perform basic inspection and repair of physical plant
