This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.

Requirements

Hospitality focused experienced Maintenance Technician
Ability to perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
Ability to receive service requests and respond in a timely manner.
Ability to perform painting and refurbishing projects.
Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance.
Ability to perform minor building and equipment repairs.
Ability to complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Ability to assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary.
Ability to maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate.
Ability to perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles).
Ability to perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned.
Ability to maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
Ability to assist the Director of Plant Operations and/or perform work on the heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans, electrical systems and emergency generators (when qualified).
Ability to maintain exterior and interior of all buildings.
Ability to support creating a culture where business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities
