About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all production-related machinery and equipment through a scheduled preventive maintenance program. This role also involves providing unscheduled maintenance and service, assisting in facility systems maintenance, and contributing to the overall effectiveness and safety of production operations. The technician will also maintain the tool room, tools, and equipment, and stay knowledgeable about QMS and ISO Standards. A GUNG-HO attitude is expected in support of the company vision and culture, along with adherence to GMPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain all production related machines/equipment through scheduled preventive maintenance program
Provide unscheduled maintenance and service to all production machines and equipment
Assist in the maintenance of the facility systems
Assist in increasing the overall effectiveness of production
Assist in the assurance of safe operations
Maintain the tool room, tools, and equipment
Maintain knowledge of QMS and ISO Standards
Maintain a GUNG-HO attitude in support of the Berry Global vision statement, goals, and company culture
Follow and encourage GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Ensure that safety is a priority by following all safety procedures
