As the Maintenance Technician I, you are part of Best People. You will work with other maintenance personnel utilizing our Best Systems, to complete project work including fabrication, installation, welding, grinding, painting, using hand tools and power tools. As the Maintenance Technician I, you have fundamental skills working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The Maintenance Technician I will help us to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience welding, grinding, painting required.
  • Experience reading blueprints.
  • Experience performing work safely both indoors and outdoors.
  • Experience and willingness working weekends.
  • Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.
  • Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
