About The Position
Repair, maintain, and improve equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely, reliably, and on time.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Pass technical assessment addressing job-critical maintenance knowledge areas
- Position requires continuous work near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals
- Position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending and kneeling (with or without accommodation)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electrical systems including but not limited to: conveyers and airveyors, compressors and ammonia systems, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with electronics, gearing, kinematics, pneumatics and air compression, pumps, and schematics
- Experience with packaging/high speed production
- Experience with PLC and SERVO
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production/manufacturing equipment per specifications
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or adjustments to restore operation
- Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshoot mechanical systems (e.g., motors, seals, bearings, chains, sprockets)
- Complete required documentation of work performed, schedules, and tasks using provided tools
- Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades; coordinate with outside contractors on assigned lines as needed
