As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining equipment, responding to trouble calls, and performing preventative maintenance--all while upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to train and share knowledge with coworkers.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads, emergency call-ins, and travel to technical schools.
- A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Reliability and initiative, with minimal supervision required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and work in damp, noisy, and climate-variable environments (inside and outside).
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities
- Following all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
- Responding promptly to equipment trouble calls and performing efficient, sanitary, and safe repairs.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and documenting tasks, time, and any deficiencies.
- Performing bench repairs and operating power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and man lifts as needed.
- Completing and filing all required documentation in an organized and timely manner.
