Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• HVAC experience required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• On-call availability required
• Weekend availability required
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
• HVAC Certification preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Complete general plumbing, electrical, and construction repairs
• Assist with grounds maintenance and community upkeep
• Support property improvement projects as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members
• Help maintain the overall appearance and quality of the community
