As our new Maintenance Mechanic II you will be maintaining and optimizing production machinery, leading technical projects, and mentoring fellow technicians to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations at our Fresno facility. Requirements

  • Associate degree or trade school certification with advanced training in electrical or industrial maintenance, plus 2-3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent)
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and motor control systems is required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a factory environment
  • Ability to work fully onsite in our Fresno, CA facility on a 2nd shift
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with welding and fabrication in an industrial setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or facilitate maintenance projects and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with CMMS software and computer applications relevant to maintenance operations

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on production equipment with minimal supervision
  • Troubleshoot advanced mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues to minimize downtime
  • Plan, organize, and execute technical projects that support production needs, including equipment installations and modifications
  • Champion safety programs and lead Total Productive Maintenance initiatives such as clean-and-restore projects
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modification assignments per engineering specifications
  • Train and coach fellow maintenance and production team members on equipment and best practices
