We are currently looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for a 69 space, all-age Manufactured Housing Community in San Jacinto, California. Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance task: General Cleaning around the park. Landscaping Common Area Maintenance
Requirements
- Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
