Requirements

Familiar with Carpentry.
Have light electrical experience.
Have light plumbing experience.
Computer literacy.

Detail Oriented.
Prior facilities experience. Custodial experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects.
Manage equipment repairs and maintenance.
Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies.
Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
Fire Extinguisher Maintenance - annually.
Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered.
To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift.
To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned to him.
