About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our production facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment, machinery, and facility systems while helping minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment inspection procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • General plumbing knowledge and repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, equipment breakdowns, and work orders.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and complete necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential failures before they result in downtime.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, motors, sensors, switches, and other equipment systems.
  • Assist with general plumbing repairs and facility maintenance as needed.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
  • Document completed repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment concerns as required.
  • Communicate equipment conditions, repair status, and recommendations to supervisors and other team members.
  • Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
