About The Position
Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician I to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the community's buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- Enjoy performing maintenance tasks
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Can follow written and oral instructions
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Have a valid driver's license
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Assists with drywall, painting, and carpentry projects
- Perform minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine facility inspections
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Become a Certified Pool Operator
