About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Entry Level Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, injection molding machines, facility systems, and plant operations within an automotive manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position ideal for candidates with experience in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems, injection molding equipment, and manufacturing maintenance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong electrical background (AC/DC)
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Mechanical troubleshooting experience
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Injection molding maintenance experience
HVAC experience
Automotive manufacturing background
Experience supporting paint line equipment
Microsoft Office proficiency
Preventive maintenance documentation experience

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related production equipment
Perform maintenance on paint line systems including RTO systems, paint pits, and related equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
Assist with equipment installation, setup, calibration, and relocation
Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, air compressors, chillers, and power distribution equipment
Support loading dock equipment and shipping systems
Perform preventative maintenance activities and maintain documentation
Analyze equipment downtime and implement corrective actions
Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
Operate maintenance equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, and related tools
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
