About The Position
We have an immediate opening for a qualified Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Ability to schedule, perform and monitor preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers
- Diagnoses and corrects problems in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliances
- Promptly responds to work order requests
- Oversees that residential units have been turned in a timely matter and work has been completed properly
- Promotes quality living experience for all residents by using excellent customer service skills
- Performs emergency maintenance work when paged
- Continuous inspection of buildings, grounds and safety for property and alerts maintenance to any repairs needed
- Assists supervisor with scheduling and communication of contractors and vendors
- May be requested by supervisor to perform other tasks as needed from time to time
