Requirements

Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a related field
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, appliances, and general maintenance troubleshooting
Comfortable using mobile technology, email, and property management software
Dependable team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property

Nice To Haves

HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
Boiler experience preferred; Lochinvar experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues including HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting
Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests in a high-volume community environment
Communicate effectively with residents and office staff regarding repairs, timelines, and updates
Support apartment turns, grounds maintenance, and snow removal efforts
Help maintain exceptional service standards and contribute to a positive resident experience
Participate in the on-call rotation and assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed
