Charming Inns is looking for a dedicated property maintenance technician to join our hotel and restaurant team. The technician is primarily responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repairs on our downtown Charleston hotels including the Wentworth Mansion, John Rutledge House Inn, Kings Courtyard Inn, and Fulton Lane Inn and and other special projects as assigned. This position will interact with property level employees, corporate senior management, and various vendors. Full Time and Part Time position available.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical and basic carpentry
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs as well as general maintenance
• Professional communication with guests, co-workers and vendors
• Availability to work 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. including weekends and on call shifts
