About The Position

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring a Maintenance Technician! Join our team and help ensure our community is safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in supporting the care of our patients by performing proper and safe maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building and its surfaces, both interior and exterior.

Requirements

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, with required on-call rotation
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed
• Apply carpentry skills when necessary (preferred)
• Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
• Demonstrate strong HVAC knowledge or hold relevant certification
• Handle physically demanding tasks as required
• Bring previous maintenance or related experience to support daily operations
