About The Position

This role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the facility and equipment are in good working order. Responsibilities include routine checks, repairs, and assisting with larger projects and renovations. The technician must be able to handle diverse tasks, work independently or as part of a team, and be available as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Must have good communication skills and take direction
• Must be able to work alone as well with others
• Must be willing to travel if required
• Must be able to work overtime if required
• Must be able to handle extreme weather
• Must be available/on call 24/7
• Must be able to handle heights

Nice To Haves

• Minor electrical/plumbing repairs a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete Daily rounds
• Replace light bulbs
• Replace ceiling tile
• Minor wall repair
• Minor paint projects
• Clean up messes as needed
• Assist in equipment planned maintenance
• Assist in equipment repair
• Assist in Department moves
• Assist in cubicle construction/removal
• Assist in Office renovations (removal and re installation of furniture)
• Unplug sinks/toilets/urinals
• Snow removal
• Direct outside vendors as needed
