Position Summary: We’re seeking a multi-craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. This role supports safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required (food manufacturing a plus)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot circuits
- Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in both hot and cold conditions
- Manual dexterity and physical mobility to navigate the plant
- R eliable attendance and willingness to work extended hours , including Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root cause to repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
- Machine set up and changeover
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pumps, and other equipment to ensure proper operation of machinery
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, and test equipment using equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, oscilloscopes
- Read electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to install/repair systems
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support smooth daily operations
- Update and maintain CMMS ( MaintainX ) data and k eep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts inventory
- Follow all safety standards including company guidelines, Lockout/Tagout, NEC, and OSHA guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement and clean, GMP-compliant workspaces
- Additional duties & responsibilities as assigned
