About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, day to day will include a variety of maintenance responsibilities to maintain the property appearance by performing preventative maintenance, completing work orders for resident repairs, and other responsibilities. Candidates should have strong knowledge of general maintenance to diagnose and perform repairs.
Requirements
- AC/heating knowledge preferred.
- Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Performance of all maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned
- Completion of work orders
- Interior and exterior building repairs plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Move and install appliances
- Appliance repairs
- Routine preventative maintenance
