About The Position

Requirements

• Work hours 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
• After-hours on-call duties as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Complete resident requested work orders in a timely manner
• Work as a member of a team that takes pride in its property’s curb appeal and common area conditions
• Efficiently prepare or make ready vacant units so that the new resident has a positive experience
• Provide 5-star customer service
• Effectively communicate
